In May 2024, we carried out work to extend both the men’s and women’s changing rooms at Breedon Priory Leisure Centre, selecting Calliway Construction as our contractor.

Having been impressed by Chris’s previous work for us, we were confident in selecting him for this project. He offered a competitive quote which we felt was excellent value for the quality and service we have come to expect.

To ensure the project’s success, maintaining site tidiness and showing consideration for our customers and staff were essential, especially as the Leisure Centre remained open throughout the works. Chris and his team were consistently polite, and the site area was kept safe and tidy at all times.

As with any project, communication was key, and Chris was always available -whether on site or by phone- to discuss various aspects of the work. We really appreciated his approachability and found him very easy to work with throughout the project.

Part of this project involved fitting our changing rooms with new lockers, shower cubicles, and more, which required strict scheduling to coordinate multiple trades while keeping the Leisure Centre open. Chris demonstrated excellent project management skills to ensure everything ran smoothly, and the reliability of him and his team was key to it’s success. Even when extra work was needed at the end of the job, it was completed within the original timeframe and at a fair cost.

Having completed various projects for us at the Leisure Centre, Chris has proven himself to be professional, dependable, and a pleasure to work with. We would be happy to work with him again and can confidently recommend him to others.
